The grapes for this wine come primarily from vineyards in Naramata. The grapes were handpicked between September 16, 2023 and September 25, 2023 at approximately 25.6 brix.  The wine was allowed to go through a full malolactic fermentation and was aged in French oak for 20 months before being bottled.
