We will replace wine that was purchased directly from us that is damaged or flawed. We ask that the customer return the unfinished portion of the original bottle along with the original cork for replacement to be tested, with the receipt if available. By law, we cannot accept returns of alcoholic beverages unless the product is faulty. We are also unable to accept return of wine that was damaged due to adverse weather conditions during shipment, or wine that is ordered in error. Please send an email to email@example.com with a description of the faulty wine to arrange for replacement of the product.
We do not provide cash refunds for alcoholic beverages, only credit toward future purchase or replacement.
