The grapes for this wine come from the McGraw vineyard in Naramata. The grapes were handpicked on October 4, 2024 at approximately 22.7 brix. The grapes were crushed and left on the skins to cold soak for two days. Made in an Alsatian style, the wine shows classic varietal aromas of pink grapefruit, rose petal and lychee nut with hints of ginger and rich weight and body.
