2011 Rock Oven Red

Year: 2011, Alcohol: 13.5%

This wine is a blend of approximately 50% Cabernet Sauvignon and 50% Shiraz. The Cabernet Sauvignon and Shiraz come from the King Drive, Trovao, Beichman, and Carolan vineyards located in Naramata and the Dhaliwal vineyard in Oliver. The grapes were hand picked between October 29 and November 3, 2011 at approximately 23.1 brix. The wine has gone through a full malolactic fermentation and was aged in French oak for 21 months prior to bottling.
