Kettle Valley Winery COVID-19 Safety Plan

Covid-19 can be spread in droplets when a person coughs or sneezes.  It can also spread if you touch a contaminated surface and then touch your face.

The risk of person-to-person transmission increases the closer you come to other people, the more time you spend near them and the more people you come near.

The risk of surface transmission increases when many people contact the same surface and when those contacts happen over short periods of time.

Risk Reduction Measures:

We have established a reservation policy for tastings to control the number of people in the tasting room at any one time.  Please call us at 250-496-5898 or email info@kettlevalleywinery.com to reserve a time for a tasting.

We have established a limit of 2 groups in the tasting room at any one time.  The maximum group size is 6 people, maximum of 8 customers in the tasting room at any one time.  Children and non-tasters do count as part of the group if they are in the tasting room.

Staff work areas have been established to allow physical distancing between staff members.

Contact information for 1 person in every group will be required and kept for 30 days.

Staff will be required to attest daily that they are not feeling sick, and if they cannot do so, they will be sent home.
