This wine is a blend of selected red varieties grown in vineyards located in Naramata. The grapes were handpicked on September 18 and September 19, 2023 at approximately 26.0 brix. This wine has gone through a full malolactic fermentation and was aged in French oak for 20 months prior to bottling. Due to cold temperatures in December 2022 we had miniscule crops from most of our red grapes. We fermented the grapes from three vineyards in Naramata together to have enough volume to bottle a blended red wine, totaling only 70 cases. This wine is a blend of Merlot and Petite Sirah from the McGraw vineyard, Syrah from the Stern vineyard, and Malbec and Cabernet Sauvignon from the Crest vineyard.
