2014 Pinot Noir (SOLD OUT)

This wine is a blend of Pinot Noir grown in the Thibault vineyard in Summerland, and the Cole vineyard in Naramata. The grapes were handpicked between October 14 and October 20, 2014 at approximately 25.3 brix. The wine was allowed to go through a full malolactic fermentation and was barrel fermented in French oak for 19 months before being bottled.
